Palestine | Journalist Shot by Israeli Forces in Beita, South of Nablus

A journalist was shot Friday by metal-coated bullets during clashes between civilians and Israeli forces on Jabal Subaih in Beita, south of Nablus.

Ahmed Jibril, director of the Red Crescent Emergency and Ambulance Center in Nablus, said journalist Alaa Badarneh was shot by metal bullets in the chest area, and he was treated in the field.

He added that a young man sustained bruises after falling during clashes in the same area.

The Follow-up Committee of the National and Islamic Forces had called for today to be considered a day of massive popular outrage agaist Israel and in protection of the six liberated prisoners from Gilboa prison.
