Iraq’s Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, directed the completion of rapid investigations to reveal the planners of the terrorist bombing in Basra.

“We directed to complete accurate and rapid investigations to uncover the planners and perpetrators of the cowardly terrorist bombing that targeted our people in our beloved Basra.” Al-Kadhimi said in a tweet.
He added “Our heroic security forces are confronting the attempts of cowardly terrorist cells with determination, and will eliminate them throughout Iraq, and will not allow the security of our people to be threatened.”
